How do I place an order?

Request a copy of our current excel availability from your sales rep. Our preference is to use the excel sheet to build your order and return via email. Orders by phone or fax can also be submitted.

If you need a log in contact us via the email link. Follow the instructions and order your items accordingly. Include the approximate week you would like delivery or pickup. Any questions, just let us know. Once the order transfers into our system, you will receive an email acknowledgment. Revisions can be made as needed.

Where do you deliver? What is your minimum for delivery?

We deliver to cities across the Upper Midwest. Our minimum for delivery is $3,500. Orders are F.O.B from Merrillan, Wisconsin.

Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up but 48 hours notice is required. The order minimum for pick-ups is $250. Available pickup days are Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday morning or afternoon. The number of pickups per day will be capped. So confirming your order/date is VERY IMPORTANT!

I am a homeowner-Can I buy from Northern Family Farms?

No, we are wholesale only. We sell to garden centers, landscape installers etc. If you are interested in our products we can direct you to a retailer in your area.

What are the plant minimums for ordering?

Plant minimums are at least 5 of an item if #1 to #3. All other plants are ok ordered as eaches. We do ask whenever possible, to order at least a few of an item. It really helps our staff pull orders more efficiently and timely. Please give us a call with questions.

Are the plants tagged?

Yes, our plants have picture tags attached. You also have the option of ordering custom price tags. There is an annual setup fee of $250 if ordered by March 1st. Order custom tags when you place your nursery order. We will send you a form to complete your retail pricing, SKU (or plant number), and your company name or logo. All tag setup information needs to be supplied to NFF by March 1st.
