A very hardy multi-stemmed shrub or small tree can be pruned to tailor to a specific landscape need. Yellowish-white, fragrant flowers appear in spring followed by Samara seed which appear in summer as red and mature in fall to a reddish-brown color. Adapts to many soils. Relatively free of insect and disease problems. Can be used as a specimen, patio tree, screen, group and mass planting.
